Pecos National Historical Park Expansion Act of 1990 - Establishes the Glorieta Unit of the Pecos National Historical Park in New Mexico to preserve and interpret the Civil War Battle of Glorieta.
Requires the Secretary of the Interior to acquire lands and incorporate management direction for the Unit into the general management plan for the Park. Authorizes appropriations.
