Foreign Investment Policy Improvements Act - Requires the Bureau of Economic Analysis to use certain business information relating to foreign-owned businesses in the United States (ten percent or more of whose voting securities are owned by foreign persons) when implementing the International Investment and Trade in Services Survey Act.
Amends such Act to authorize and provide for the collection and use of information on direct investments owned or controlled directly or indirectly by foreign governments.
