To designate certain lands in the State of Montana as congressional study lands for the purpose of protecting Indian treaty rights.
Badger-Two Medicine Act of 1990 - Withdraws all federally owned lands in the Badger-Two Medicine Area, Montana, from all forms of entry, appropriation, and disposal under the mining and public land laws, and disposition under the geothermal and mineral leasing laws, for three years after enactment of this Act. Directs the National Forest Service to assist the Blackfeet Tribe in preparing a joint management plan for such area.
Requires the Director of the Bureau of Indian Affairs to review and update the report "Preliminary Report on Proposed Badger Canyon Dam and Reservoir," and submit it to the Blackfeet Tribe and the Congress.
