Entitles a named individual to additional disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act for a certain period.
Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to recompute the primary insurance amount of such individual and to certify the additional amount to which such individual is entitled to the Secretary of the Treasury, who shall pay the amount.
