Parks Centennial Act of 1990 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to appoint a Centennial Commission for each national park established less than 97 years before enactment of this Act. Requires each Commission to plan appropriate activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the park's establishment. Requires the Secretary to transmit to specified congressional committees a list of parks celebrating their centennials within the next five years.
Directs the Secretary to arrange for the preparation of a centennial history of each park, including Yellowstone National Park and Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, California.
Authorizes appropriations.
