Unsolicited Sexually Oriented Advertisements Prevention Act - Establishes a civil penalty for mailing sexually oriented advertisements to individuals included on the Postal Service's list of persons who have indicated a desire not to receive any such mailings.
Eliminates the charge for being on such list.
