National Commission to Study the Causes of the Demand for Drugs in the United States - Establishes the National Commission to Study the Causes of the Demand for Drugs in the United States to study the causes of drug abuse in the United States and to assess the needs of Government at all levels to create a socially supportive environment that reduces the desire of individuals to experiment with and abuse illicit drugs.
Requires the Commission to examine the factors that contribute to drug abuse and the efforts being made to prevent such abuse.
Authorizes appropriations.
