A BILL
To amend the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 to
allow volunteer fire departments and emergency rescue squads to receive
donations of Federal surplus personal property.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States
  of America in Congress assembled, That section 203(j)(5)(A) of the Federal
  Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C. 484(j)(5)(A))
  is amended by striking out `subdivisions)' and inserting in lieu thereof
  `subdivisions), or any nonprofit volunteer fire department or nonprofit
  volunteer rescue squad'.
