Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate certain segments of the Delaware River in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as components of the national wild and scenic rivers system.
States that the designation of such segments made by this Act with respect to the Gilbert Generating Station or the Point Pleasant Pumping Station shall not preclude or interfere with: (1) their operation or maintenance as authorized under any license or permit; (2) any replacement or modification that has no greater impact on such segments; or (3) relicensing or repermitting of such facilities.
Designates a specified segment of the Delaware River and tributaries in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for study as a potential addition to the national wild and scenic rivers system.
Authorizes appropriations.
