Tibetan Immigration Act of 1990 - Provides for a three-year period of additional (1000) immigrant visas for natives of Tibet in India or Nepal.
Considers a person to be a native of Tibet if he or she was born in Tibet or is the son, daughter, grandson, or granddaughter of such a person.
Requires the Secretary of State to consult with the Tibetan Council for Home Affairs in India when making these visas available.
