Authorizes the Secretary of the Navy to lease the naval landing ship dock Hermitage to the Government of Brazil under leasing authority provided in the Arms Export Control Act. Allows renewal of such lease. Requires lease costs to be charged to the Government of Brazil.
Terminates such leasing authority if the lease is not entered into within two years after enactment of this Act.
