Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1992, the duty on: (1) 1,1-Dimethyl-3-(aaa-trifluoro-m-tolyl) urea (known as fluometuron); and (2) 3-(3,4-Dichlorophenyl)-1,1-dimethylurea (known as diuron).
