To amend section 1114 of title 18, United States Code, to extend the protections of that section to attorneys in Federal public defender organizations.

Amends the Federal criminal code to include attorneys in Federal public defender organizations within the scope of provisions providing for punishment of anyone who kills or attempts to kill certain officers and employees of the United States.
