Relieves a named individual of liability for a specified sum representing payments by the United States of relocation expenses. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to such individual a specified sum representing relocation expenses incurred by such individual in reliance on erroneous travel authorization information that the United States would pay such expenses incident to his beginning Federal employment.
