To require the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to take such actions as may be necessary to ensure the removal of any hazardous substance stored in or discharged from any underground storage tank or pipeline at Chennault Airpark, formerly known as Chennault Air Force Base, in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Directs the Secretary of the Army to take such actions as necessary to: (1) ensure the removal of any hazardous substance stored in or discharged from any underground storage tank or pipeline at Chennault Airpark, Louisiana; and (2) prevent any such storage tank from being used to store a hazardous substance after the removal.

Establishes a schedule for such removal.
