Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the President may, in the discretion of the President, provide appropriate protective measures for any person who, in the judgment of the President, may be under threat by reason of that person's knowledge of sensitive matters relating to national security.
