For the relief of River Publishers, Inc. of Wharton, Texas.

Relieves a named corporation of all liability to the United States for a specified amount representing the difference between the amount that should have been paid and the amount actually paid by such corporation for postage. Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a certain amount to such corporation on account of such liability.
