Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to a named Air Force employee a specified sum representing the amount of storage expenses incurred by such individual while performing a temporary duty assignment. Declares that such payment shall be in full satisfaction of all claims such individual may have against the United States for certain storage expenses incurred in such assignment.
