To amend the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966 to require manufacturers of automobiles to provide to the Secretary of Transportation for dissemination to the public all vehicle warranty and repair information it provides their dealers.

Amends the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966 to require each motor vehicle manufacturer to provide the Secretary of Transportation with all motor vehicle warranty and repair information that the manufacturer provides to its dealers. Requires the Secretary to make such information readily available to the public through the Auto Safety Hotline.

Subjects a manufacturer failing to provide such information to a civil penalty and injunctive action.
