To amend title 38, United States Code, to require that burials be permitted in national cemeteries on weekends and holidays under certain conditions, and for other purposes.

Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to permit burials in national cemeteries on weekends and holidays, as long as the individuals arranging such burials agree to pay the total costs involved.

Directs the Secretary to permit arrangements to be made on weekends and holidays for burials in national cemeteries on weekdays.
