Business Opportunity Development Reform Act Technical Corrections Act - Amends the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 to make technical and conforming amendments.
Amends the Small Business Act to revise the eligibility guidelines under which socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and Indian tribes may assert such disadvantage for more than one business concern.
Amends the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 to direct the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to designate an Executive Secretary and to provide interim support staff and services until the Commission on Minority Business Development has convened its organizational meeting. Amends the effective dates for certain provisions of the Act.
