Entitled, "The Virgin Islands Reunification Act".
Virgin Islands Reunification Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to transfer Water Island to the Government of the Virgin Islands. Prohibits the Secretary from conveying title to Water Island until the Governor of the Virgin Islands submits to specified congressional committees a detailed plan for its use which has been approved by the legislature of the Virgin Islands.
