To authorize the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to establish a national cemetery in the central geographic area of Louisiana.

Authorizes the Administrator (effective March 1989, Secretary) of Veterans Affairs to establish a national cemetery in the central geographical area of Louisiana. Authorizes the Administrator to acquire such land as necessary for the cemetery.
