Amends the Agricultural Adjustment Act, as reenacted with amendments by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, to provide for a nationwide milk marketing order.
States that for related price adjustments at delivery locations there shall be at least three but not more than six U.S.-located basing points.
