Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to pay for unreimbursed medical services and treatment for any physical illness suffered by a U.S. citizen or permanent resident directly attributable to the atomic explosions on Japan in August 1945.
Limits such assistance to medical services provided in the United States on or after the date of enactment.
