Waives provisions of Federal law with respect to the printing (on parchment or otherwise) of the enrollment of any reconciliation bill, appropriation bill, or continuing resolution of the 101st Congress to be presented to the President. Requires the Committee on House Administration to certify the enrollment of such bill or joint resolution as a true enrollment.
Sets forth procedures for subsequent preparation and certification of a printed enrollment of such bill or joint resolution if it is enacted.
