Designates September 1989 as National Minority Health Awareness Month.
Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to: (1) make publicly available information on minority health problems and minority health professionals' careers and contributions; and (2) present public service announcements on health promotion and disease prevention among minority Americans.
