IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES March 23, 1989 Mr. FEIGHAN introduced the following joint resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means JOINT RESOLUTION Disapproving the 1989 certification by the President with respect to the Bahamas under section 802(b) of the Trade Act of 1974. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Congress hereby disapproves of the determination of the President with respect to the Bahamas as contained in the certification required by section 802(b) of the Trade Act of 1974, received by the Congress on March 1, 1989.
