Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to provide for a single six-year term for President and Vice President, and to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment to the Constitution.

Constitutional Amendment - States that the President and the Vice President shall hold office for a term of six years. Prohibits election more than once for either office. Prohibits a person who has been elected to the office of President from being elected to the office of Vice President.

Repeals the 22d Amendment to the Constitution.
