Expressing the strong disapproval of the Government of Malaysia's denial of first asylum to Indochinese asylum seekers, that United States tourists and businesses should consider Malaysia's policy of rejecting Indochinese refugees when making travel or business plans, and urging the President to take certain actions with respect to such policy.

Expresses disapproval of Malaysia's denial of first asylum to Indochinese refugees. Urges U.S. citizens to consider Malaysia's actions when making business or travel decisions. Welcomes the cooperation of the Government of Indonesia in providing asylum to refugees who have been turned away by Malaysia. Urges the President to: (1) make available resources to assist the Indonesian Government in bearing this burden; and (2) consider additional measures to communicate concern on this issue to Malaysia or other nations that deny first asylum to such refugees.
