Supports Anatoly and Galina Genis and their family in their commitment to the religious and cultural rights of the Jewish people.
Calls upon the Soviet Government to: (1) allow the Genis family to emigrate from the Soviet Union; and (2) change its attitude and policies to ensure that the rights of Jewish "refuseniks" and other religious, cultural, and political dissidents are acknowledged and respected.
