Expressing the sense of the Congress supporting the Genis family and other Soviet Jewish refuseniks seeking the right to emigrate from the Soviet Union.

Reaffirms congressional support for the rights of Soviet Jews and other repressed people and repudiates the policies of the Soviet Government that result in treating such individuals as outcasts in their own country.

Supports Anatoly and Galina Genis and their family in their commitment to the religious and cultural rights of the Jewish people.

Calls upon the Soviet Government to: (1) allow the Genis family to emigrate from the Soviet Union; and (2) change its attitude and policies to ensure that the rights of Jewish "refuseniks" and other religious, cultural, and political dissidents are acknowledged and respected.
