Expressing the sense of the Congress that the Office of Personnel Management should provide certain vocational rehabilitation services in its administration of the civil service disability retirement program.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the Office of Personnel Management should advise individuals under the Federal disability retirement system of the various vocational rehabilitation programs available to them, including those administered by the United States Employment Service and State vocational education divisions.
