Expresses congressional concern regarding the actions of the Government of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia for repeated human rights violations and the brutal handling of the crisis in the Socialist Autonomous Province of Kosovo.
Urges the Yugoslav Government to assure that further violence does not occur and assure protection of the rights of the Albanian minority in Yugoslavia.
Calls upon: (1) the President and the Department of State to continue to monitor closely human rights conditions in Yugoslavia; and (2) the President to express these concerns to Yugoslav representatives.
