A resolution expressing the Sense of the Senate that National Economic Commission meetings be open and that Social Security benefits be preserved.

Expresses the sense of the Senate favoring: (1) open meetings of the National Economic Commission and public availability of associated records and minutes; and (2) preservation of the presently guaranteed level of Social Security benefits, including cost of living adjustments.
