A resolution expressing the Sense of the Senate that National Economic Commission meetings be open, that no increases in taxes be legislated, and that Social Security benefits, including COLAs, be preserved.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) meetings of the National Economic Commission be open and associated records and minutes be publicly available; (2) no tax increases be legislated; and (3) the presently guaranteed level of Social Security benefits, including cost-of-living adjustments, be preserved.
