Requires that documentation be submitted with vouchers for payments or reimbursements from the contingent fund of the Senate. Makes this resolution applicable with respect to vouchers submitted on and after October 1, 1987, or upon the adoption of this resolution if such adoption occurs at a later date.
Repeals Senate Resolution 170, 96th Congress, which requires that documentation be submitted with vouchers for reimbursements out of Senators' Official Expense Accounts.
Amends rule XLI of the Standing Rules of the Senate to increase from two to three the number of assistants to a Senator who may participate in political fund activities in connection with an election campaign.
