Calls upon parties to the accord to adhere to its terms.

Urges Tamil militants to settle their differences peacefully.

Calls upon the Sri Lankan authorities to fulfill their responsibilities to ensure the protection of the human rights of all Sri Lankans.

Calls upon the President to work with other nations toward the establishment of an international fund or other multinational effort to provide resources for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of Sri Lanka.
