Authorizes the President to establish a health care service training pilot program for FY 1988 and 1989 in two host countries which have existing Peace Corps programs. Requires such pilot programs to: (1) train foreign nationals of the host country to deliver health care services; and (2) provide basic health care to people of the host country.
Provides for a health service team composed of physicians, dentists, and nurses for each host country. Authorizes appropriations.
