A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to require that certain individuals be informed of the limitations imposed upon entitlement to extended care services under the medicare program and of the conditions that such individuals are (or may be) required to meet to be eligible for long-term care under a State plan approved under title XIX of such Act.
Nursing Home Reimbursement Notification Act - Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to require that individuals filing an application for certain title II benefits receive written notice of the limitations imposed upon entitlement to extended care services under title XVIII (Medicare) of the Act and skilled nursing or intermediate care facility services under title XIX (Medicaid) of the Act.
