A bill to amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to clarify that, in the case of an institutionalized spouse, income and resources required under court order to be used for the support of a non-institutionalized spouse are not considered to be available to the institutionalized spouse.
Community Spouse Judicial Protection Act - Amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to exclude, in determining an institutionalized individual's Medicaid eligibility, the income or resources which a court order requires to be used for the support of such individual's spouse.
