A bill to amend the Truth in Lending Act to provide for more detailed and uniform disclosure by credit card issuers with respect to information on interest rates and other fees which may be incurred by consumers through the use of any credit card, and for other purposes.
Full Credit Card Cost Disclosure Act - Amends the Truth in Lending Act to require that all credit and charge card applications and solicitations include information regarding the annual interest rate, finance charge conditions, and other related charges and fees.
Requires such information, as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, to be prominently displayed in table form.
