A bill to amend the National Housing Act to limit the fees that may be charged by the Government National Mortgage Association for the guaranty of mortgage-backed securities.

Amends the National Housing Act to limit the Government National Mortgage Association mortgage guarantee fee to six basis points.

Sets administrative fees at September 1, 1985, levels, except that they may be increased to cover increased administrative costs.
