A bill to authorize appropriations for a demonstration project in the vicinity of Jonesboro, Arkansas for the construction of four grade separations on a four-lane bypass to improve highway safety.

Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to implement a highway project in the vicinity of Jonesboro, Arkansas, to demonstrate methods of improving highway safety.

Authorizes appropriations for FY 1988 without imposing any obligation limitation upon such appropriations. Makes the Federal share for such highway project 100 percent of the total cost of the project.
