Deems specified claims of three named individuals, for purposes of the Czechoslovakian Claims Settlement Act of 1981, to be claims for losses resulting from the nationalization of property by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic on August 9, 1958. Directs the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission of the United States to redetermine the validity of the claims.
