Authorizes appropriations for the completion of existing external walls of the Internal Revenue Service Building, located at 1111 Constitution Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C.
Designates the Federal building and United States Courthouse at 301 West Main Street, Benton, Illinois, as the Kenneth J. Gray Federal Building and United States Courthouse.
Authorizes appropriations: (1) to the Department of Commerce, Bureau of the Census, for renovations of Federal Center Buildings 63 and 64 in Jeffersonville, Indiana; and (2) to the United States Tax Court for renovations of its building in Washington, D.C. Authorizes the Administrator of the General Services Administration, on a reimbursable basis, to perform such renovations.
