A bill to amend the Judicial Survivors' Annuity Act to eliminate the requirement that a Federal justice or judge, who is assassinated, must serve a specified period of time before his or her survivors become eligible for benefits under the Act.

Amends the Federal judicial code with respect to survivors' annuities to waive the 18-month length of service requirement in cases where a Federal judicial official is assassinated before completion of the vesting period.

Applies this waiver retroactively to include any assassination on or after May 1, 1988.
