A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to remove the dependency test applicable to certain children adopted by Social Security beneficiaries and to make improvements in the administration of the Social Security Program.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to eliminate the requirement that a child adopted after a worker qualified for OASDI benefits receive child's insurance benefits only if the child was living with the worker in the United States and receiving at least one-half of his or her support from the worker for the full year before the worker became eligible for benefits.
