A bill to assure that amounts available for allotments to States under the Community Services Block Grant Act are allotted with an increased small State minimum for any fiscal year in which the amounts appropriated is in excess of the amount appropriated and available for such allotment in fiscal year 1989, and for other purposes.
Community Services Block Grant Amendments of 1988 - Amends the Community Services Block Grant Act to increase from one-quarter to one-half of one percent the minimum State allotment for any fiscal year in which the amount appropriated and available for allotments to States exceeds the amount available in FY 1989.
