Dairy Industry Revitalization Act of 1988 - Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to repeal the Secretary of Agriculture's authority to make 1989 and 1990 50-cent per hundredweight milk support price reductions if Government milk purchases exceed specified levels.
Requires the Secretary to increase 1989 and 1990 milk support prices by 50 cents per hundredweight if estimated Government purchases will not exceed 5,000,000,000 pounds (currently 2,500,000,000 pounds).
