Requires the Administrator of Veterans Affairs to conduct a study of the prevalence and incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder and other psychological problems among Asian-American and Polynesian-American Vietnam veterans. Sets forth the methodology to be used in conducting such study.
Requires the Administrator to report to the Congress by October 1, 1990, concerning the results of such study.
